Haukland is a results-oriented, motivated and skilled professional with 19 years of construction and industry experience including both supervisory (over 100 employees) and multi-phased project management.  Under contract for the State of Maryland, Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS), Heath recently delivered more than $100M+ in construction projects for one of the largest maximum security prisons in the United States, North Branch Correctional Institution (NBCI). NBCI was featured in the documentary television series, ‘Megastructures’ (Aired 09-27-2005) on the National Geographic Channel.
